The Herkules provides paint technicians a complete cleaning station for both types of paints. A manual cleaning station for cleaning waterborne paint, and an automatic paint gun washer for cleaning solvent based paints. LEFT TANK : Open design for easy cleaning. Flow-through brush with adjustable flow control for thorough cleaning. Hands-free direct wash nozzle for power cleaning the inside of the gun. Hands-free direct rinse nozzle. Air dry gun to quickly dry the gun inside and out. Pressurized air channel line. Paint coagulation accelerator to speed up the disposal process. Filtration system to efficiently separate the paint waste after using a coagulant (Herkules CA01 recommended). Three year warranty on exceptionally reliable diaphragm pump. Built with corrosion resistant components. Industrial strength polyethylene tank. RIGHT TANK : Cleans 2 guns and 2 cups automatically in one minute. Can be used exclusively for either solvent or waterborne. Automatic timer. Safety lid shut-off switch – pump will not operate while lid is open. Filter/regulator. Fully automatic for thorough and efficient cleaning. Three year warranty on exceptionally reliable diaphragm pump. Industrial strength polyethylene tank. 100 percent air operated – 75 psi required.
