* Please note : This system is designed to replace your factory OEM exhaust starting from the inlet of the muffler . If your exhaust has been replaced or modified previously fabrication to the existing exhaust on your truck may be necessary for the proper installation of our kit. *trucks with modified suspension or body lifts may also require fabrication of the exhaust or truck for the proper installation of our kit.

This kit has 2. 5 inch Tail pipes included for increased flow . That equals more power and better fuel economy ! Higher flowing and longer lasting mandrel bend pipe is included. These 50 series Big Block mufflers have proven to not only significantly improve acceleration and towing power, but to simultaneously increase fuel economy as well. Because of their efficiency, underhood temperatures on trucks can be reduced as much as 200 degrees F–helping to lengthen the service life of other engine components. These mufflers are designed and sized for larger gas engines typically used in towing vehicles . So, for more comfortable cruising, Flowmaster tuned them for reduced exterior exhaust sound and lower levels of interior resonance. The Rolled edge weld on tips are a chrome plated stainless steel 12″ long and 3. 5″ round . They require a standard wire feed mig welder with regular mild steel wire. A special welder is not required.

This 90 deg exit kit will come out directly behind the rear tire on each side of the truck.
